Filipino-American kindie music artists, Little Miss Ann (Chicago) and Mista Cookie Jar (Los Angeles), team up in the new summer time jam, “Halo-Halo.” The title refers to a popular Filipino dessert unique in its multitude of eclectically delicious (sarap!) ingredients. Inspired by Little Miss Ann’s popular hit, “Ube,” this song keeps the sweet vibes flowing in a feel-good, folk/hip-hop, concoction. Mix it up!

Stay tuned for Little Miss Ann & Mista Cookie Jar’s “Halo-Halo: Part II” to be released at the beginning of Filipino American History Month in October.

is a Filipino treat.
